Régis Marcon, a three-Michelin-star chef, operates in Saint-Bonnet-le-Froid at the family inn, which has become a gastronomic temple. Renowned for his dishes that highlight mushrooms and lentils from Puy, he attracts both local and international clientele. In 2005, he opened a modern and eco-responsible restaurant with his son Jacques, which received the Eco-Label in 2009. Passionate about knowledge transfer, he is committed to promoting manual trades in education. Always active, he also collaborates with his son Thomas to open a fitness center in 2015.
