Description
André Terrail took over the management of La Tour d’Argent in 2006, succeeding his father. A graduate of Babson College and INSEAD, he now leads a team of 160 people. As the heir to a gastronomic heritage, he emphasizes elegance and excellence. In 2019, he entrusted the kitchen leadership to Yannick Franques to modernize the culinary legacy. Awarded several honors, including the Toque d’Honneur in 2024, he is also the president of the Trophée Frédéric Delair. He serves on the Board of Directors of Médéric and GHR-Ile de France.
