Description
The son of market gardeners, Christian Tetedoie discovered cooking at a young age and drew inspiration from his mentor Paul Bocuse to forge his own path. After working in some of the finest establishments, he opened his own restaurant in Lyon in 1986. A Meilleur Ouvrier de France in 1996, he earned a Michelin star in 2000 and a green star in 2021. President of the Maîtres Cuisiniers de France since 2011, he advocates for responsible and sustainable gastronomy. Dedicated to mentorship, he trains many young chefs and is involved in educational and solidarity projects.
