Description
Chef with more than 25 years of experience, Willy Berton has worked in prestigious establishments between Nice and Monaco. In 2016, he founded Le Vegan Gorilla, the first 100% vegan restaurant to be awarded the title of Maître Restaurateur in 2017 and the Bib Gourmand from the Michelin Guide in 2019. He subsequently set up the company Pur etc in Alsace, creating three 100% vegan restaurants. He then started consulting, selling vegan products with VegetalFood, and cooking training. Today, he supports professionals in their transition to vegetable cooking.
