Description
Sébastien Doat is a duck producer and president of Euralis' duck activities. Based on a family farm focused on mixed crop and livestock farming in the western Gers department since 1998, Sébastien Doat raises ducks for foie gras. He continues the farming tradition started by his parents in 1975 and has been working for Maison Rougié since 1999. In addition to his family farm, Sébastien is the vice president of the Euralis cooperative located in the Southwest and the president of the duck activities, which includes Maison Rougié.
