Pierre Gagnaire, a visionary chef, has shined with his three Michelin stars at his restaurant Pierre Gagnaire on Rue Balzac in Paris since 1993. In Paris, he also oversees Gaya (1 star) and Piero TT, while in Nîmes, his Duende holds 2 stars. Internationally, he stands out with renowned establishments in London, Dubai, Tokyo, and Shanghai. A collaborator with the Barrière Group since 2016, he published Une vie en cuisine in 2023 and directed the gastronomy for the film The Pot-au-Feu. Author of around ten books, he is a Commander of the Order of Arts and Letters and an Officer of the National Order of Merit. His motto encapsulates his craft: "Cuisine cannot be measured in terms of tradition or modernity. It should simply reflect the tenderness of the chef."
