Anne BONIN, a graduate of the Beaux-Arts and the École Supérieure de Design, founded her own business to offer food design services to pastry professionals. She spent over three years at PCB CREATION, specializing in food decoration, before joining CHOCOLADECOR as Artistic Director alongside MOF chocolatier Pascal BRUNSTEIN. Following the company's integration into the SAVENCIA group and the VALRHONA brand under the name CHOCOLATREE, Anne became Head of Creation. She oversees the customization of chocolate decorations and bespoke molds.
