Anto Cocagne, known as Le Chef Anto, is a Gabonese chef based in Paris, where she offers minimalist African cuisine with a French twist. After studying in Grenoble and Paris, she began her career at the Hôtel Carlton in Cannes and with Chef Eric Pras before launching her own venture. As a consultant in African cuisines, she hosts shows on Canal + Afrique and France Télévisions. The author of Goûts d’Afrique (2019) and Mon Afrique (2024), she shares her passion for African cuisine through her books and on television.
