Étienne Maillard began his career in the B.V.P. sector in 1989 by joining Lesaffre, where he held various positions in Quality, Baking Centers, Marketing, and Innovation, working across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and then Central Europe. He completed his studies at a business school in Paris after initial training in Quality Management (Lille) and a specialization in Innovation (Quimper). He is currently the Director of External Relations for the Baking Division.
