
Fabien Ferré, Executive Chef of the Hôtel & Spa du Castellet since 2023, trained alongside some of the greatest, including Christophe Bacquié. At the age of 35, he became the youngest 3-star chef in the Michelin Guide, a first for a chef without a Michelin star. Originally from Burgundy, he discovered his passion for cooking alongside his parents, who were pastry chefs and farmers. After some rewarding experiences in prestigious establishments, he moved to Provence, where he focuses on local produce and Mediterranean gastronomy. His cuisine, both authentic and creative, focuses on the excellence of products and a responsible approach.
