Jonathan Jablonski is an entrepreneur who has been passionate about the restaurant business since childhood. With his partner Mickaël Azevedo, he has created a number of innovative brands, including Italian Queen, Los Pueblos, Heroes Superfood and Split Nutrition. Together, they are also developing an ecosystem around the restaurant business, including franchises, a production plant and communications agencies. President of the Leaders Club for over six years, he is a key figure in the restaurant industry in France and internationally.
